Activities Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Directs the planning and implementation of resort activities and events.
• Schedules events for all groups within the resort, as well as private events at the resort facilities.
• Coordinates and manages all preparations for events: arranges food and beverages, solicits and schedules volunteers, books entertainers, collects ticket sale money, and other duties as required.
• Arranges for sponsors to fund events.
• Reviews requests and selects vendors to conduct informational seminars.
• Maintains open communications with resort management, guests, and vendors.
• Represents the resort in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in events or activities planning.
• Meticulous attention to details.
• Excellent communications and organizational skills.
• Strong skills in the Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge of Microsoft Publisher preferred.

Pay

Hourly: $18.00 - $18.00

The salary listed is an estimate and not guaranteed. A salary offer will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data. In addition to the base pay and our benefits, some positions are eligible for bonuses, sales commissions, or incentive pay.
