Activities Supervisor

ELS is the ideal organization for developing a long and successful career, known for its culture of recognition and excellence. ELS is hiring for the position of Activities Supervisor in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Implement weekly resort activities and events for guests.
• Work as a team participant with management to meet ELS quality standards.
• Plan and schedule events for all groups within the resort.
• Cook up and manage all preparations for events.
• Manage all activities related to weekly schedules.
• Maintain open communications with resort management, guests, and vendors.
• Represent the resort in a professional manner at all times.

Requirements

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
• Activities and planning experience is a plus.
• Strong organizational, coordination, and scheduling skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize based on customer needs.
• A valid driver's license, good driving record, and current auto insurance.
