Qualifications
- Must possess Activity Director Certification (ADC) in the State of NJ and/or Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (CTRS)
- 2+ years of experience in Long-Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facility strongly preferred
Responsibilities
- Designing and implementing a comprehensive recreation program
- Coordinating and leading activities that promote physical, mental, and emotional well-being
- Working closely with residents, their families, and our care team to ensure personalized and engaging experiences

Pay
