About the role
At Arbor Terrace Highland Park, we seek an enthusiastic and experienced Activities Coordinator to enhance the lives of our residents through a vibrant and engaging activities program.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive activities program that promotes resident engagement and satisfaction
- Plan and coordinate a variety of activities, including arts and crafts, exercise classes, games, and social events
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to identify and address the needs of our residents
- Conduct activities assessments to determine resident interests and preferences
- Maintain accurate records of activities and participant attendance
- Participate in staff meetings and activities planning committees
- Develop relationships with residents, families, and staff to promote a positive and supportive environment
Requirements
