About the role

Seasonal work offering affordable on‑mountain employee housing at 10 Snowshoe Drive, Snowshoe, WV 26209. Pay is $15 per hour, with positions available from late November through December and throughout the season.

Responsibilities

• Support the success of village activities through setup, execution, and breakdown.
• Assist with site prep, loading/unloading equipment, and managing games, inflatables, and materials.
• Operate village activities and implement alternate plans in case of inclement weather.
• Assist with the Village Movie Series, including planning, equipment setup, breakdown, and weather‑related relocations.
• Act as a flexible, cross‑functional team member by supporting various departments and children's programs across Snowshoe Mountain.
• Follow all safety and liability procedures to minimize resort risk.
• Contribute to the team's success by living Snowshoe Mountain's core values and assisting with additional tasks as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in a related field such as Hospitality and Tourism, Event Planning/Management.
