Activities Attendant Turquoise Place

About the Role

Assist in coordination, set-up, break-down, and facilitation of guests’ activities at Turquoise Place. Activities will be for adults, teens, children, and/or families. Greet all guests in a cheerful and courteous manner and provide attentive and cordial service at all times.

Responsibilities

• Help plan, set up, break down, and facilitate guest activities to include arts and crafts, games, dancing, etc.
• Interact with guests to maintain fun, energetic, and safe events.
• Provide information on Turquoise Place services and special events as needed.
• Use problem resolution skills to ensure guest needs are met.
• Greet and offer assistance to guests in a courteous manner.
• Maintain work and activities area in a clean, neat manner.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated and energetic to maintain excitement with the guests.
• Excellent guest service and problem resolution skills.

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand/walk for entire shift.
• Must be able to bend, kneel, and stoop.
• Must be able to move/lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must be able to work in outside (hot), inclement weather conditions.
