Activities Assistant - PRN

Aegis Therapies, one of the nation’s leading providers of rehabilitation and wellness services, is hiring a Wellness Instructor to join our supportive team in Emporia, KS. This PRN position covers a leave of absence and may include up to full-time hours in a senior care, rehabilitation, or restorative care setting.

About the role

As a Wellness Instructor, you will contribute to a holistic wellness program called EnerG by Aegis, which focuses on the seven dimensions of wellness to enhance health and happiness through individualized, results-driven activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Activities Director
• Provide input for the monthly activities calendar
• Conduct and deliver optimal programming for residents
• Market the program and activities to residents and stakeholders

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Background in activity delivery with senior populations (preferred)
