Conveniently located right off Interstate 70 in Carroll County, MD, our campus is easily accessible from Frederick, Howard, and Montgomery Counties—all within a short commute.
Responsibilities
- Be enthusiastic, creative, resourceful, and consistently positive.
- Follow a daily activity calendar designed for residents with varying physical and mental abilities.
- Lead a wide variety of programs including games, crafts, discussion groups, themed parties, and special performances.
- Encourage resident participation and foster social interaction.
- Adapt activities to meet individual resident needs and abilities.
- Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and supplies.
- Support a vibrant, engaging, and inclusive community environment.
- Ability to safely lift, push, and pull up to 25-50 pounds as part of daily job responsibilities, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Pay
$16.00 - $16.50 per hour (based on experience). Shift differentials and same-day pay available for all employees.
Schedule
Part-time, PRN. Weekends required with every-other weekend availability (Saturday and Sunday).
