Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and implement recreational activities and programs for patients and residents, including arts and crafts, exercise classes, and social events
• Assist with the development and implementation of individualized care plans and attend interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure optimal care delivery
• Collaborate with other members of the care team to provide holistic care and support to patients and residents
• Encourage socialization and community building among patients and residents through group activities and events
• Maintain accurate records and reports of activities and programs
• Provide feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve activities and programs

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous experience in a healthcare or senior living setting preferred
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, residents, and staff
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients and residents
