Responsibilities
- Planning and implementing a variety of activities such as arts and crafts, music therapy, exercise programs, and sensory stimulation.
- Auxiliary support for residents during group activities.
- One-on-one support as needed.
- Documenting residents' progress and participation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role is energetic, compassionate, and dedicated to enhancing the lives of those with memory care needs. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred, but not required. Training will be provided to help you succeed in this rewarding position.
