Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)
About the role
We provide specialized Reggio ABA™ therapy for young children (ages 1-6) with Autism Spectrum Disorder. This is a physically and emotionally active role, requiring reliability and commitment.
Responsibilities
- Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children ages 2–6 in a clinic-based setting
- Implement individualized behavior intervention plans written by a BCBA
- Collect and track accurate data on each child’s progress
- Support daily care tasks (feeding, diapering, dressing, grooming) as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe environment for children and staff
- Collaborate with teammates and communicate professionally and respectfully with families
- Encourage play, social engagement, and positive behavior through our Reggio ABA™ approach
- Participate in regular training, supervision, and feedback sessions to build your skills
Requirements
- Currently hold an active RBT certification
- Must hold a current RBT certification in good standing with the BACB
- Must demonstrate a thorough understanding of the RBT Ethics Code and maintain the highest standards of professional integrity
- Must take responsibility for the timely completion of the RBT renewal process (including competency assessments)
- Must pass and maintain a clear background check
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship
- Must not have immediate family members currently receiving services at our clinics
Qualifications
- Previous experience working with children aged 2–6 is preferred
- Experience with the Reggio ABA™ approach is beneficial

Pay
$20.00/hour. To qualify for this rate, candidates must hold an active RBT certification and have a minimum of 3 months of experience working with children aged 2–6.
