Active Directory Specialist

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking an Active Directory Specialist to support a company focused on delivering secure IT infrastructure and enterprise network operations within a government environment. This position is onsite in Quantico, VA.

About the role

Join a mission-driven team supporting national security initiatives through reliable and secure enterprise IT operations. The Active Directory Specialist will administer and maintain critical Microsoft identity and messaging systems while ensuring secure user access across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain Active Directory environments, including user, group, and access management.
• Configure, manage, and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange systems.
• Create, implement, and maintain Group Policy Objects (GPOs) across enterprise environments.
• Support and manage Windows Server infrastructure to ensure operational stability and security.
• Monitor and maintain identity management processes, permissions, and account provisioning activities.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience supporting enterprise IT infrastructure and systems administration environments.
• Hands-on experience with Active Directory Administration, Microsoft Exchange, Group Policy Objects (GPOs), and Windows Server.
• Active IAT Level III Certification (CASP+, CISSP, or equivalent).
• Active Top Secret Clearance required.

Pay

Salary Range: $100,000 - $120,000 depending on experience.
