Activations Technician-Seasonal

About the Role & Team

TelevisaUnivision is looking for an Activations Technician to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Operate station vehicles and equipment.
• Execute radio station promotional activities according to plan.
• Assist in the day‑to‑day operation of the department, including coordinating the set‑up and teardown of station remotes, appearances, van hits, and conducting on‑site contests, games, and other promotional activities as needed.

Requirements

• Strong work ethic.
• Working knowledge of audio equipment.
• Good driving record.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated team player capable of working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks successfully.
• Ability to remain calm and professional through stressful circumstances.
• Fluency in Spanish for communicating and announcing promotional or commercial information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Previous work, volunteer, or educational experience in broadcast.

Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, OneDrive, Outlook, and Adobe applications.
• Understanding of IP addressing and small network concepts (a plus).
• Working knowledge of PromoSuite and/or VPromotions contesting (preferred).
• Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Snapchat, and other social media best practices.
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing social media strategy.
• Ability to support organizational goals, foster collaboration, and adhere to organizational norms.
