About the Role

As the Activations Coordinator | Tradeshow, you will be a valuable member of the marketing team, assisting with event planning, preparation, implementation, and reporting while ensuring critical milestones are delivered. This full-time, in-office role is based at CELSIUS® Headquarters in Boca Raton, FL, and reports to the Director of Tradeshow Marketing. The position requires up to 25% domestic travel and may include nights and weekend hours as needed.

Responsibilities

  • Planning and executing events and activations, including booth build-outs and experiential elements for on-site activation.
  • Assisting in managing the show floor and coordinating product orders, event registration, and asset ordering.
  • Maintaining and tracking the tradeshow budget, including processing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Working effectively with other departments to create and maintain premium activations and experiences.
  • Coordinating staff needs for events and responding to sponsorship inquiries.
  • Facilitating product orders and allocating assets to events.
  • Creating decks for event recaps, marketing campaigns, and newsletters.
  • Leading and supporting on-site activation as needed.
  • Producing a monthly tradeshow newsletter.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of marketing or event experience in a fast-paced environment (preferred).
  • Strong writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to multi-task while adhering to deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to travel up to 25% domestically and work nights/weekends as needed.

Pay

The base pay range for this position is competitive and varies by state. Actual pay will be based on factors such as work location, job-related knowledge, skills, qualifications, and experience. This role may also be eligible for other compensation, including bonuses and Restricted Stock Units.
