World Market is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Assist customers with product selection and answer inquiries about products and services.
- Handle returns and exchanges according to company policies.
- Perform inventory checks and restock shelves as needed.
- Operate cash registers and manage cash transactions accurately.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Previous retail experience preferred but not required.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new things.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay
The hourly pay range is $15.16 - $15.66.
Schedule
Full-time and part-time associates are eligible to participate in the Company’s 401(k) retirement savings plan after three (3) months of service.
