ACT Team Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist

About the role

The role involves providing vocational support to individuals with disabilities, helping them develop job skills and prepare for employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess client needs and develop individualized vocational plans
• Provide job readiness training and assist clients in finding employment
• Collaborate with community partners to expand job opportunities
• Maintain accurate records and report progress to clients and supervisors

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation, Social Work, Psychology, or related field
• Experience working with individuals with disabilities
• Knowledge of employment services and resources
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
