Responsibilities
Work directly with individuals living with serious mental health challenges, helping them identify and achieve their vocational and employment goals.
Provide services in the community and meet individuals where they are, helping them build skills, explore employment opportunities, overcome barriers, and move toward greater independence and recovery.
Part of a multidisciplinary ACT Team that includes a Psychiatrist/Physician Assistant, RNs, Mental Health Professionals, Drug & Alcohol Counselors, Housing Specialists, and Certified Peer Specialists.
Services are designed to meet clients' needs when and where support is needed, therefore, some evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required.
Requirements
A valid driver's license is required, as this position involves regular travel throughout the community to provide services.
Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in one of the following or a related field: Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or Rehabilitation Counseling.
- (A Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling is preferred, but candidates with other qualifying Master's Degrees and an interest in vocational services and community-based mental health will also be considered).

Pay
$42,000–$49,500 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
Schedule
Some evening, weekend, and holiday work may be required.

$42,000–$49,500 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
