Duties
- Provides direct treatment, rehabilitative and supportive services in a community setting to clients served on the Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team.
- Work as a team member of an ACT clinical team to assess client needs and wants, participate in the development of individual service plans, act as a client advocate and liaison with families and community agencies.
- Serve as the team’s lead client advocate and mentor.
- Be a self-disclosed mental health member and is willing to provide a client’s perspective of the team’s service provision.
- Be a liaison between multiple parties.
Requirements
- Full-Time, Employed
- Bachelor’s Degree In Behavioral Health Preferred (not Required)
- State Peer Support Certification required - we can help you obtain this upon hire!
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus (Additional Language Differential Pay Available)
- Must have very flexible schedule as this team provides treatment 7 days/week, including weekends and holidays
