Responsibilities
- Interview, listen for business potential, and persuade author candidates to work with Kendall Hunt Publishing.
- Identify business opportunities and interview professors in your territory.
- Develop more interactive and engaging materials that solve the needs of students and make an impact in their college careers and future.
Requirements
- Location: Oklahoma (Oklahoma City, Tulsa, Norman or Edmond), Texas (Plano, Garland, Lubboco, Tyler, Longview, College Station, Beaumont, or Abilene), Kansas (Wichita, Overland Park, Topeka), or Louisiana (Lafayette, Shreveport, Lake Charles).
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Bachelor's degree.
Qualifications
- Strong desire to learn and ask questions.
- Drive to win and excel.
- Persistence in overcoming challenges.
- Able to affectively listen, ask questions, think creatively/critically, and close new business.
- Time management and ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in managing responsibilities that require substantial independent work while also engaging in team collaboration.
- Experience spending time on college campuses.
