About the role

Nick DeMaio State Farm Agency is seeking a Full-Time Acquisitions Specialist to drive new business in two high-performing locations. The ideal candidate is sales-driven, comfortable with outbound prospecting, and motivated by commission income.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, referrals, digital leads, and community outreach
• Build and manage a disciplined sales pipeline
• Conduct needs-based conversations that uncover coverage gaps
• Quote, present, and close auto, home, renters, and life insurance policies
• Handle objections confidently and move prospects toward decision
• Track daily activity and consistently hit monthly production goals
• Maintain compliance with agency and state regulations

Licensing Requirements

• Full licensing is required
• Property & Casualty license must be obtained prior to Day 1 start in the office
• Life & Health license must be obtained within 45 days of hire
• Full licensing support, study guidance, and onboarding assistance are provided throughout the process
