Requirements
- Active Property & Casualty license (required)
- Active Life & Health license (preferred)
- Prior insurance sales experience (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to prospect, build pipeline, and close business
Core Responsibilities
- Prospect and generate new business through outbound calls, follow-up, and lead management
- Build and maintain a consistent, active sales pipeline
- Lead needs-based conversations and guide prospects through the sales process
- Quote, present, and close policies (auto, home, renters, life, health)
- Maintain daily sales activity and production standards
- Track performance metrics and manage pipeline progression
- Partner with team members when needed while maintaining a strong individual production focus
- Ensure all activity aligns with agency and regulatory compliance
Compensation & Support
- Base salary + commission + performance incentives
