Acquisition Specialist I
Responsibilities
Serve as acquisition support to the government Program Manager (PM) with responsibility for technical knowledge of the assigned teams and programs/projects.
Provide acquisition guidance, planning, and recommendations related to the integration of National Systems-based capabilities.
Aid the PM/COTR during development of RFP packages and coordinate completion of technical evaluation of proposals received in response to the RFPs, Task Orders, BAAs, and Other Transactions.
Support Agile-based program management.
Support the PM in multiple areas at the systems, mission, and enterprise levels; with program management; acquisition support; analytic support and analysis; and budgetary practices.
Act as technical expert in their assigned area.
Other responsibilities include administrative and technical support to the Government leadership team, internal cross coordination, external mission partners and other DoD/IC customers.
Required Qualifications
- Must have an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with a Counterintelligence (CI) Polygraph.
- US Citizenship is required.
- Bachelor's degree OR Master's degree and 0 years OR Associate and 3 years OR High School/GED Diploma and 6 years.
- Experience in project management and acquisition, with emphasis on Government acquisition in DoD or IC.
- Familiarity with project management; monitoring developer cost, schedule, and performance; and program office processes, techniques, and documentation.
- Familiarity with different contracting types, e.g.: competition, sole source, IDIQ/TOs, Other Transactions, or Broad Agency Announcements).
- Ability to facilitate commonality within the enterprise by acquiring a multi-INT, multi-sensor, and multi-nodal processing capability.
- Ability to problem solve in a rapidly changing environment and interface with the customer daily.
- Track and respond to office tasking, build, and present program briefings, and update project schedules and calendars.
Desired Qualifications
- Familiarity with the NRO’s and DoD’s national and tactical space architectures.
- Knowledge of Electro-optical, RADAR, SIGINT, Communications, Mission Management, and Mission processing systems supporting a space and ground architecture.
- Working knowledge of SAFe Agile or similar agile processes and JIRA and Confluence tools.
- Certified in one or more of the following: INCOSE (or DAWIA equivalent), OMG Systems Modeler, Agile, Project Management, MBSE.

Compensation
The projected compensation range for this position is based on full time status. For part time or on-call staff, compensation is proportionately adjusted based on hours worked. While monetary compensation is important, it's just one component of Noblis' total compensation package. Posted Salary Range USD $75,000.00 - USD $117,225.00 /Yr.
