Acquisition Program & Finance Manager
for sections present: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must only include sections that have real specific content. The posting includes:
- Intro paragraph: "Ready to take on meaningful challenges..." That's about the role. Could be "About the role". We'll put that as About the role
then
with that paragraph. - Position Details: Job Title, Location, Scope. We should not repeat job title as heading. We can include location and scope maybe in a short
under About the role or separate? The instruction: do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short
or drop it. So we can include location and scope in a
maybe after the intro. - Responsibilities: list of bullet points. We'll make
Responsibilities
then- each.
- Profile: includes qualifications, skills, experience. Could split into Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting has "Profile :" then bullet list of qualifications/experience/skills. We need to decide sections. The instruction: prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We could combine into one section "Requirements" or "Qualifications". But we have headings list: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include only those with real content. We have responsibilities content. We have profile content that could be split into Requirements (experience) and Skills (abilities). But we might just make one section "Requirements" containing all profile bullet points. Or we could make "Qualifications" and "Skills". However we need to avoid thin sections. The profile bullet list includes many items: proven experience, strong background, understanding, experience, solid understanding, demonstrated experience, ability, analytical mindset, strong communication. These are mix of qualifications and skills. Could be placed under "Requirements". Let's do that.
- Why choose this position? That's more about benefits/opportunities. Could be "Benefits". It includes: unique opportunity, work closely with senior finance leaders, broad visibility, impacting competitiveness, people matter, inclusive teams, diversity, innovation, international environment, cutting-edge technologies, etc. Also includes company history, revenue, factories, etc. That's more about the company. Could be considered "Benefits" or "About the company". Since we have Benefits heading allowed, we can put that content there.
- Pay and Schedule: not mentioned, so we omit those sections.
Thus sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (or Qualifications), Benefits.
We need to use
for each section heading. Use
- for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For Benefits we have prose but also list-like items; we can make a
- for the bullet points. The "Why choose this position?" paragraph is prose; then there is a list of bullet-like sentences? Actually it's a paragraph with multiple sentences; not a list. We'll just put as

. The company history etc is also prose. We must preserve all substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from the posting. Let's extract sections: About the role: "Ready to take on meaningful challenges and shape the next generation of mobility? Also maybe include Position Details: Location Troy, MI; Scope North America Region. We'll incorporate that into About the role paragraph or separate short
