Acquisition Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities

• Align and govern EW and ISR programs using the Defense Acquisition System, ensuring compliance with relevant directives.
• Apply tailored acquisition processes, including rapid prototyping and software agility via the Software Acquisition Pathway.
• Cookordinate program activities with policies from ASA(ALT) and PM PNT, developing and reviewing program documentation, schedules, budgets, and strategies.
• Participate in and document program meetings, reviews, and milestone decisions, supporting program planning and execution.
• Maintain acquisition documentation, track policy updates, and support program reviews and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications & Skills

• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years or Master’s with 5+ years of relevant experience; military service with 10+ years in DoD acquisition is also acceptable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Program Management Certification preferred.
• Deep knowledge of AI/ML software pipelines, RF engineering, software-defined architectures, and spectrum modernization.
• Understanding of DoD acquisition directives, rapid prototyping, and software development practices.
