Overview

Tutulu LLC is seeking an enthusiastic and well-qualified individual for the Acquisition and Program Management L3 position. This role involves serving as the daily interface between USSF Combat Forces Command (CFC) and Space Rapid Capabilities Office (SpRCO). The position is part of the SpRCO's Warfighter Integration team, which facilitates the successful transition of SpRCO programs into operations.

Requirements

  • 10-12+ years of Space Operations or Space Acquisition experience

  • Active Top Secret clearance with Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) eligibility

  • 10+ years of relevant Department of Defense (DoD) work experience

  • No less than four (4) years total SAP and/or SCI environment experience within the last 5 years

  • May be required to consent to and successfully complete a Government Counterintelligence Scope Polygraph

  • Principal interface between SpRCO and CFC

  • Facilitates Warfighter Integration team functions at CFC as directed by the Director, SpRCO and critical cross-organization forums such as the Combat Force Proponent-Fielding Process (CFP-FP), Integrated Capability Teams (ICT), and Space Rapid Capabilities Working Group (SpRCOWG)

Skills/Experience

  • Supports SpRCO and HQ CFC Staff to facilitate and optimize programs' development and transition into operations

  • Supports SpRCO and HQ CFC engagements

  • Organizes the interface between SpRCO and CFC

  • Develops, articulates, and advocates CFC priorities and requirements back into SpRCO programs

  • Participates in relevant staff meetings at HQ CFC and SpRCO

  • Produces monthly status reports regarding ongoing and upcoming events

  • Collaborates with CFC Weapon System Leads and resource advocates assigned to SpRCO programs for needed support

  • Coordinates with CFC leadership as needed to provide updates and requests for support

  • Provides recommendations to senior leadership to help ensure mission success

  • Articulates with proper Space Operations or Space Acquisition experience

Education/Certifications

  • Master's degree (MA/MS/ME)

  • Relevant work experience/training certifications may be considered in lieu of a degree

  • Defense Acquisition University (DAU) Requirements Management (Level A & B) Certification desired

  • PMP Certification preferred

Physical Requirements

  • Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods of time and typing and reading from a computer screen

  • The candidate must have enough mobility, including bending, reaching, and kneeling, to complete daily duties in a prompt and efficient manner and that may include lifting to thirty pounds, as necessary

  • Ongoing use of a government vehicle as needed
