Acquisition Analyst

About the role
This position supports Program Management Support as an Acquisition Analyst for the Marine Corps Program Manager, MAGTF Command and Control (PM MAGTF C2). You will provide acquisition support and ensure compliance with the DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework (DoDI 5000.02) across the MAGTF C2 portfolio. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate, compliant, and on-schedule acquisition documentation, milestone packages, and gate-review products for senior leadership decisions. This position is contingent upon contract award.
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive advice and recommendations on DoD Adaptive Acquisition Framework (DoDI 5000.02) compliance for PM MAGTF C2 programs.
- Gather, analyze, and measure the effectiveness and productivity of acquisition activities; plan, research, analyze, and assess acquisitions across development, production, and deployment.
- Assist in drafting acquisition reports, milestone review packages, ASN RDA Gate Review briefs, and senior-leadership briefings.
- Review procurement documentation for FAR/DFARS compliance.
- Support source selection activities and acquisition strategy development across the MAGTF C2 capability portfolio.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Acquisition, or a related field.
- 8+ years of relevant DoD acquisition experience.
- DAWIA Program Management Level II or higher certification.
- Experience with the DoDI 5000-series acquisition processes and the Adaptive Acquisition Framework.
- Working knowledge of FAR/DFARS and acquisition documentation standards.
- Active Secret clearance.
Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification.
- USMC acquisition experience.
- Familiarity with the PM MAGTF C2 / AC2SN portfolio.

Pay
Base pay range: $76,025 – $108,607 USD. Offer may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and other benefits is offered.
Schedule
Full-time/Exempt. On-site in Stafford, VA. Anticipated start date: September 2026 (upon contract award).
