ACO Senior Actuarial Analyst
About the role
Oliver James are currently partnered with a US Healthcare Risk Platform seeking an ACO Senior Actuarial Analyst to work in an entrepreneurial non-traditional actuarial role. Senior Actuarial Analyst responsible for analyzing, processing, and drawing insights from customer data, and leading day-to-day relationships with key partners. This role would suit someone who wants to be deeply embedded in one of healthcare's fastest-growing markets rather than working in a traditional actuarial environment.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing, processing, and drawing insights from customer data
- Leading day-to-day relationships with key partners
- Working directly alongside the founders, COO, and senior actuarial leadership on strategic initiatives shaping the future of value-based care
- Influencing both product and business strategy from an early stage
Requirements
- Experience in a healthcare actuarial role
- ASA or FSA designation preferred, pre-ASA required
- Experience in Medicare claims data and emerging ACO models
