ACH/Wire Payments Product Consultant

Responsibilities

• Develop project timelines, proactively identify and address resource discrepancies to ensure timely project completion.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and clients, facilitating effective communication through regular meetings and milestone reviews.
• Support functional teams in managing advisory and consulting initiatives focusing on domain-specific product evaluation, benchmarking studies, and domain-specific system configurations.
• Monitor project deliverables across all phases to meet established quality benchmarks and stakeholder expectations.
• Proactively manage risks to ensure project delivery.
• Build collaborative relationships with stakeholders through effective communication.
• Maintain focused governance over project scope and identify additional project opportunities.
• Anticipate challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
• Balance project economics with adherence to strategic priorities.

Requirements

• Experience in the Payments domain – Wire payments, ACH payments, ISO/SWIFT messages, or similar.
• Experience creating product features and user stories.
• Experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture, design, or process detailing.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Planning and coordination skills.
• Experience and desire to work in a domain consulting environment that may require travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
• This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location.
