ACH/Wire Payments Product Consultant

As a Domain Consultant 2, you will analyze client business processes, identify optimization opportunities, and align them with industry-specific standards. You will facilitate benchmarking studies, collaborate with technical teams, document system customizations, and conduct in-depth research on third-party products. Additionally, you will coordinate solution implementations, address setup and integration issues, and support the development of standard operating procedures to ensure system stability post-implementation.
Responsibilities
- Analyze client business processes to identify optimization opportunities and align them with industry-specific standards and best practices.
- Facilitate benchmarking studies, working with stakeholders to align solution performance with industry standards and domain-specific insights.
- Collaborate with technical teams to document system customizations and configurations, drafting standard operating procedures and workflows aligned with functional requirements.
- Conduct in-depth research on third-party products within the domain, providing comparative analysis of features, costs, and scalability.
- Coordinate the implementation of solutions addressing issues during setup and integration, and support in developing and maintaining SOPs to ensure system stability and performance post-implementation.
Requirements
- Experience in the Payments domain, including Wire payments, ACH payments, ISO/SWIFT messages, or similar.
- Experience creating product features and user stories.
- Experience in creating requirement specifications based on architecture, design, or process detailing.
- Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution. Three years of progressive experience in the specialty may substitute for each year of education.
- This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project locations.
