About the role
The Account Service Desk Specialist (Tier II – ASD) plays a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service to clients. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Handle escalated client issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Document all interactions and escalate issues as necessary.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client problems.
- Provide training and support to new team members as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Qualifications
- Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software.
- Knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting techniques.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
