About the role

The Account Service Desk Specialist (Tier II – ASD) plays a crucial role in providing high-quality customer service to clients. This position requires excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Handle escalated client issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Document all interactions and escalate issues as necessary.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client problems.
  • Provide training and support to new team members as needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in IT support or customer service.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software.
  • Knowledge of network infrastructure and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
