Clutch is looking for an experienced Associate Creative Director, Art with pharmaceutical agency experience for a client of ours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee art team across brands and therapeutics.
• Develop for social media, videos with experience in video editing and building design systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their client's needs.
• Oversee design team, quality control, and timelines for HCP & DTC pharmaceutical brands.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
• Maintain a high level of quality in design execution.

Requirements

• Strong design execution and team management skills required.
• Experience in a pharmaceutical marketing or advertising agency with a heavy focus on social media and video content (HCP & DTC).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• MUST have strong social media and video experience, including video editing for consideration.
• Experience across therapeutics including rare diseases, neurology, hematology strongly preferred.
• Must be hands-on and have strong concepting skills.
• Bachelors in design, marketing, or advertising required.
• A strong understanding of regulatory compliance required.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Relevant portfolio site required with relevant pharma samples to share.

Pay

$40-55/hr DOE (W2)
