About the role

Open Sky Community Services is an organization dedicated to providing innovative, evidence-based practices to support individuals with mental illness or dual diagnosis. Responsibilities

• Provide guidance during the overnight hours and assist individuals with morning routines.
• Implement individuals' medical and medication protocols in accordance with agency and MAP policies.
• Avoid crises by utilizing appropriate intervention techniques.
• Aid individuals in accessing and providing necessary transportation.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver’s License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.

Qualifications

• Strong advocacy skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Knowledge of crisis intervention techniques.
• Experience working with individuals with mental illness or dual diagnosis.

Pay

• Hourly rate with potential for additional differential based on skills, location, training, and population served.

Schedule

• Overnight shift (typically 12 PM to 8 AM)
