ACCS Awake Overnight Counselor (16 Hours) - Litchfield Ave

About the role

The Awake Overnight Counselor at Adult Community Clinical Services is responsible for providing support and guidance to individuals residing in various living environments. This role focuses on ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of the individuals, as well as assisting them in accessing necessary transportation and completing required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Utilize crisis intervention or other means to intervene during a crisis situation, following established program and agency procedures.
• Implement individuals' medical and medication protocols in accordance with agency and MAP policies.
• Aid individuals in accessing and/or providing all needed transportation.
• Review and complete all required documentation.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent, required.
• Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving record, required.
• Reliability, willingness to learn, and openness to new opportunities.
