OTHR$32.7–$50/hrFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description paragraphs before "What You'll Do". We need to use

for section headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to include sections only if posting has real specific content. We have: - About the role: The initial paragraph(s) describing MTS and the role: "Smart People...". That's description. We'll put that under

About the role

with

. - Responsibilities: The "What You'll Do" bullet list (actually sentences). We'll put under

Responsibilities

with
  • each bullet. - Requirements/Qualifications/Skills: The "What You Bring" includes education/experience, ISO experience, SharePoint, MS Office, critical thinking, etc. Also "Preferred" items: active participation in external assessment activities, basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma. We need to decide how to split. The instruction: Use sections for Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. We need to decide what goes where. Typically Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = education/experience; Skills = technical skills. But we can combine if content thin. However we must not create sections with filler. We have substantive content for each. Let's parse: Education/experience: Bachelor's degree in management, operations, science, or engineering plus 1-2 years of related experience, or an Associate's degree (or equivalent military training) plus 4+ years of related professional experience. That's qualification. Experience: 1+ year of experience delivering results in an ISO 17025 QMS program. Experience with ISO/IEC 17025 assessments and accreditation body involvement. Basic understanding of MS SharePoint site maintenance. Good proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong critical thinking, interpretive, and analytical skills. Active participation in external assessment activities (such as A2LA, ANAB, etc.) preferred. Basic understanding of Lean and Six Sigma preferred, with implementation experience a plus. We could treat Requirements as the mandatory items: education/experience, 1+ year ISO 17025 QMS experience, experience with ISO/IEC 17025 assessments, SharePoint understanding, MS Office proficiency, critical thinking. Qualifications could be education/experience again? Might duplicate. Better to assign: - Requirements: Mandatory experience/skills (ISO 17025 QMS experience, assessments, SharePoint, MS Office, critical thinking). - Qualifications: Education/experience (Bachelor's or Associate's plus years). - Skills: Preferred items (external assessment participation, Lean/Six Sigma understanding). Also maybe "Strong critical thinking" could be skill but we already used. We need to avoid filler. All sections have content. Benefits: The posting includes "Best In Class Benefits" with list: Affordable medical, dental, and vision insurance with link, Income protection benefits, Industry leading 401(k) plan, Paid time off, Parental leave, Matching gift and volunteer program, Get Involved And Give Back (ERGs, ITW Hearts Giving Hope Program). That's substantive. Pay: "Compensation Information The hourly rate for this position ranges from $32.70-$50.00 based on relevant education and experience." That's specific, so include Pay section. Schedule: Not mentioned. No schedule info. So we should NOT include Schedule section. We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, etc. Also remove navigation, cookie, legal, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Physical Demands (U.S. Only)" maybe? That's not a section heading we have; but it's substantive? It's about physical demands. Not in our allowed headings list; we could either drop it or incorporate into something else? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Likely we should only use those headings; other info like Physical Demands could be omitted as not matching allowed headings? The instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It implies we should use those headings for sections; we could still include other headings but they'd be non-standard. Safer to only include those headings and drop other info like Physical Demands. However we must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. If we drop Physical Demands, we lose info. But maybe we can incorporate it under About the role or Responsibilities? It's not really part of those. Could we add a section like "Physical Demands"? Not in the list but maybe allowed as it's not prohibited. The instruction says use

for section headings (e.g. ...). The e.g. suggests those are examples, not exclusive. However later: "IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text". So we could add a Physical Demands section if we want. But the earlier instruction: "Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule)." It might be a guideline to use those headings for those categories; but we could still use other headings if needed. However to be safe, we could incorporate Physical Demands into a

under About the role or Responsibilities? It's not exactly about role but could be considered part of role description. I'd include it as a

under About the role after the initial description. Similarly, "Get Involved And Give Back" is part of Benefits section; we can include as bullet under Benefits. Now, we need to output only HTML fragment, no /, no markdown fences. Let's craft:
