Responsibilities
- Execute quality improvement initiatives and accreditation readiness.
- Support performance monitoring and coordination of improvement efforts.
- Ensure alignment with system and service line quality priorities.
- Identify opportunities to enhance quality outcomes and operational effectiveness.
- Lead day-to-day accreditation preparation activities.
- Conduct gap analyses and implement corrective action plans.
- Maintain required documentation and evidence of compliance.
- Track, analyze, and report program-level performance metrics.
- Communicate and escalate performance gaps or areas of concern.
- Support disease-specific dyad leaders and interdisciplinary program-level committees.
- Educate stakeholders on quality standards, accreditation requirements, and improvement initiatives.
Requirements

- Have visual acuity adequate to perform position duties.
- Communicate effectively with others.
- Hear, understand, and distinguish speech and other sounds.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in a healthcare related field or Associate's with 2 or more years of related experience and/or training.
- Medical terminology.
- Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) from the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ).
- Quality or performance improvement experience.
- Oncology experience and knowledge of cancer care.
