Accra Tech 3rd Shift

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain production and OEE on an assigned ACCRA press line.
• Fully understand and operate ACCRA press line controls, including startup and shutdown procedures.
• Perform part and quality checks at specified intervals.
• Assist Senior ACCRA Tech with troubleshooting and resolving unplanned downtime issues.
• Responsible for all press changeovers on the assigned ACCRA press line.
• Assist tool and die in basic die maintenance during production runs (e.g., clearing debris, oiling, greasing).
• Recover press, equipment, and robots from error or faulted positions.
• Maintain assigned production documentation (e.g., changeover documents, production board, downtime logs).
• Make minor process adjustments to maintain required part quality.
• Lead and maintain 5S standards.
• Collaborate with other production operators on ACCRA lines.
• Communicate effectively with ACCRA Techs across shifts.
• Maintain a professional customer service attitude and communicate with all levels of associates.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.
