Accounts Specialist Distribution
Responsibilities
- Prepares weekly operating budgets/projections
- Analyzes and reconciles accounts
- Provides assistance on the monthly close
- Prepares reports for management
- Enters journal entries, coordinates A/P, A/R and G/L
- Answers emails and phone calls related to customer service, AR details, and invoice requests
- Assists with billing customer accounts
- Ensures customer rate increases are initiated and maintained
- Performs other administrative tasks as directed by local management
Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- At least 1 year or more experience in office accounting
- Computer applications using MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong mathematical aptitude
- Strong communication skills
- Strong MS Office experience, including Excel
- Ability and availability to work irregular or extended hours including nights, weekends, and potentially holidays as needed by the facility

Pay
The base hourly rate for this position is $21.50/HOUR. NFI takes into consideration applicants' qualifications, experience, education, geographic location, when determining a starting rate of pay. This position may also be eligible for an additional $X/HOUR based on shift work.
