Essential Functions

  • Records Establishment and Maintenance
  • Review and Complete Procare Books Weekly
  • Tie Out with Deposits
  • Check Charges: Private Pay, County Assistance, Employee Children
  • Keep Accurate Enrollment Counts
  • Report Pay-or-Go Balances According to Policies
  • Adjust Ledgers as Needed
  • Help Directors with Questions
  • Perform County Billing Management Including Aging
  • Perform Collection Duties as Needed
  • Report Unpaid Accounts to Supervisor

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with All Team Members
  • Help One Another in Times of Need
  • Relay Information to District Managers
  • Support Directors with Procare and Billing Questions
  • Participate in Staff Meetings

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma
  • Minimum of 2 Years Relevant Experience
  • Demonstrated Administrative Abilities
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Proven Ability to Build and Maintain Productive Business Relationships
  • Strong Organizational Skills
  • Aptitude for Numbers
  • Problem-Solving Skills
  • Computer Skills
  • Highly Detailed and Organized

Compensation and Benefits

  • Annual Salary: $21-23/hour
  • Bonus Potential: Up to $1,000/year (Paid Out Quarterly)
