Essential Functions
- Records Establishment and Maintenance
- Review and Complete Procare Books Weekly
- Tie Out with Deposits
- Check Charges: Private Pay, County Assistance, Employee Children
- Keep Accurate Enrollment Counts
- Report Pay-or-Go Balances According to Policies
- Adjust Ledgers as Needed
- Help Directors with Questions
- Perform County Billing Management Including Aging
- Perform Collection Duties as Needed
- Report Unpaid Accounts to Supervisor
Responsibilities
- Communicate with All Team Members
- Help One Another in Times of Need
- Relay Information to District Managers
- Support Directors with Procare and Billing Questions
- Participate in Staff Meetings
- Be Respectful of All

Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 2 Years Relevant Experience
- Demonstrated Administrative Abilities
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proven Ability to Build and Maintain Productive Business Relationships
- Strong Organizational Skills
- Aptitude for Numbers
- Problem-Solving Skills
- Computer Skills
- Highly Detailed and Organized
Compensation and Benefits
- Annual Salary: $21-23/hour
