Responsibilities
- Manage customer accounts and ensure timely payment collection
- Process payments and maintain accurate financial records
- Communicate with clients to resolve billing issues and inquiries
- Prepare reports and provide financial analysis as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in accounts receivable or similar role
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
Qualifications
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with accounts receivable software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage)
- Knowledge of credit management principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
