• In addition to several years of professional experience in accounting, your qualifications include completed courses and exams relating to accounting

Your Duties

• Manage and prioritize workload to ensure timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments
• Maintain clean and current accounts by monitoring activity and resolving discrepancies
• Cooky with vendors to collect complete and accurate documentation (invoices, credit notes)
• Partner with branches, customers and operations to ensure timely invoice approvals
• Investigate and resolve account issues, escalating concerns to management as needed
• Apply customer payments accurately and efficiently within set timelines
• Support day-to-day accounting functions and maintain organized records
• Demonstrate initiative, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure
