About the role

Manage accurate and timely financial reporting, tracking, and maintenance of financial data within the company’s ERP system, including customer accounts, payment terms, tax exemptions, and billing information. Process daily customer invoicing, cash receipts, check/ACH payments, and cash reporting while ensuring transactions are completed accurately and on schedule. Perform daily bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, and partner with financial leadership to resolve issues in a timely manner. Manage accounts receivable activities, including monitoring past-due invoices, contacting customers regarding payment status, providing supporting documentation, and maintaining new customer account information. Support overall accounting operations and continuous process improvement, including serving as backup for accounts payable, processing vendor invoices and payments, reporting tooling shop hours, and completing additional accounting duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 3+ years of accounts receivable experience in a low to mid-volume invoice processing environment.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including formulas and pivot tables.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Background check, drug screening, and credit check required.

Pay

$25.00 per hour

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST
