Accounts Receivable Specialist
Responsibilities
- Aid with payment reversals and reapplications
- Research accounts for billing and payment history to answer inquiries from clients and attorneys
- Process write-offs, credit transfers, and cash receipt corrections
- Prepare and mail monthly reminder statements to clients
- Maintain the Accounting Support Helpline, accept credit card payments, and assist clients, attorneys, and administrative assistants
- Respond to emails in the client support inbox
- Act as backup for daily deposit processing
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 1-2 years of experience in an accounting department
- Associate’s degree preferred
- Experience with Aderant Accounting System preferred
- Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Excel and Word
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and be a team player, customer service focused
Benefits
Bond, Schoeneck & King, PLLC offers a competitive salary range between $60,000 - $70,000, negotiable based on years of experience.
Pay

Qualifications
Completion of a satisfactory business conflicts check, background check, and reference check is required.
