Accounts Receivable Representative

Robert Half has partnered with a growing services company in the Montgomery County area to find an articulate Accounts Receivable Representative to manage receivable transactions.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and review account discrepancies
• Generate collections correspondence to customers
• Maintain and update customer accounts
• Inform sales teams of customer status
• Prepare monthly financial statements
• Monitor cash flow
• Research and analysis documentation
• Assist with administrative activities
• Provide short payment solutions
• Resolve accounts receivable inquiries

Requirements

• 2+ years of accounts receivable experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong customer service skills
• Excellent negotiation abilities
• Great verbal and written communication skills

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred but not required.
