Accounts Receivable Representative
Job Summary
Cintas is seeking an Accounts Receivable Representative to handle all accounts receivable related functions, including tracking outstanding debts, planning payment recovery strategies, and maintaining customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Keep track of assigned accounts to identify outstanding debts
- Plan course of action to recover outstanding payments
- Handle heavy phone activity with customers
- Contact debtors regarding payment status
- Negotiate payoff deadlines or payment plans
- Handle questions or complaints from customers
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounts
- Update account status and database regularly
- Alert supervisors of customers unwilling or unable to pay outstanding amounts
- Comply with requirements when legal action is unavoidable
Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years' collections experience
- Ability to use confidential information in a professional manner to achieve collections targets/goals
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Proficiency with SAP and AS400 (preferred)

Pay
A reasonable estimate of base salary for this role ranges between $21.18 - $26.68/Hour. The range takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, and training, and other business and organization needs.
