Accounts Receivable Representative

Responsibilities

• Review and process accounts receivable, as assigned, on a timely basis.
• Ensure accurate and timely posting of all payments for various insurances.
• Communicate with patients via phone regarding their accounts.

Requirements

• Must have at least 2 years of experience posting insurance payments and/or accounts receivable in a health care setting.
• Must have the ability to multitask.
• Computer knowledge is a must.
• Experience with Centricity/GPMS is a plus.
• Knowledge of payer websites is a plus.
• Must be well spoken, friendly, and outgoing.
• Must have strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Pay

The starting salary range for this position is $40,000 - $50,000 per year.

Schedule

This position is full-time.

Qualifications

Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Skills

Excellent communication skills, computer proficiency, and knowledge of healthcare billing systems are required.

Sign-On Bonus

If you are hired and your employment is in good standing, you will receive a $500 sign-on bonus. The bonus will be paid to you no later than 30 days following your start date. In the event that you voluntarily terminate your employment or the Company terminates your employment for cause within 6 months of your date of hire, you will be required to repay the full amount of your sign-on bonus.
