Key Responsibilities
- Process incoming rental agreements
- Manage and file claim invoices
- Post, verify, and record customer payments
- Create and maintain company accounts
- Ensure account accuracy and resolve discrepancies
- Support internal and external audits
- Handle monthly billing paperwork and maintain customer files
- Provide exceptional customer service
Requirements
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent (some college or degree preferred)
- Experience: 1-3 years in accounts receivable, billing, or related field
- Language: English fluency required
