Responsibilities

• Led third-party collections operations, providing strategic oversight and accountability to improve collection performance and maximize cash flow.
• Evaluated and redesigned collections processes, implementing standardized procedures and performance metrics to drive operational efficiency and measurable results.
• Directed initiatives to significantly reduce aged accounts receivable by strengthening collection strategies and accelerating invoice resolution.
• Managed high-volume AR portfolios with a focus on reducing delinquent balances, improving Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), and increasing cash collections.
• Partnered with internal stakeholders and third-party collection agencies to resolve complex account issues and enhance collection effectiveness.
• Established performance expectations, monitored key collection metrics, and drove continuous process improvements to optimize team productivity.
• Championed a results-driven culture by identifying process gaps, implementing corrective actions, and ensuring accountability across collections operations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of AR Experience
• Organizational & Problem-Solving Skills: Strong ability to multitask, manage compliance-related tasks, and troubleshoot enrollment issues.
