Title: Construction A/R AdministratorLocation: South Glendale, AZ (85009)Compensation: $28–$36/hr + Excellent BenefitsSchedule: Monday–Friday | Flexible Start Time (6:00 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM) Are you a construction billing or Accounts Receivable Administrator who enjoys keeping projects moving, managing collections, and ensuring contract documentation is accurate and complete?We're seeking a Construction A/R Administrator to support billing, collections, lien documentation, and project administration for a busy construction operation in the west valley. What You'll Be DoingManage customer billing, invoicing, cash applications, and collectionsPrepare and track lien waivers, preliminary notices, and project documentationSet up new jobs and maintain accurate project recordsProcess credit card payments and reconcile customer accountsSupport AIA billing and customer platforms such as Textura and ProcoreWork closely with sales, operations, and customers to resolve billing and contract issues What We're Looking For2+ years of Accounts Receivable, billing, or collections experienceConstruction industry experience strongly preferredExperience with AIA billing, lien waivers, preliminary notices, or contract administration is a plusStrong communication and organizational skillsIntermediate Excel skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlinesComfortable learning new technology and AI tools Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
