Accounts Receivable/Cash Applications Specialist

Responsibilities

• Post and reconcile customer payments received via lockbox, ACH, wire transfers, and credit cards.
• Apply payments to outstanding invoices using remittance documentation.
• Process and reconcile intercompany transactions.
• Enter billing adjustments from the billing platform into the ERP system.
• Investigate and resolve payment discrepancies, including unapplied cash and other account variances.

Requirements

• 2+ years of cash application experience
• Experience working within ERP systems
• Ability to accurately process high-volume transactions
• Strong reconciliation skills, including researching unapplied cash
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
