Responsibilities

• Support the achievement of nursing center business goals as a Bookkeeper by processing accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely in accordance with policy and procedures.
• Collaborate with the Nursing Home Administrator, business office colleagues, nursing center staff, and the Centralized Billing Office; report to the Business Office Manager.
• Assist with census, billing, month-end related activities, collections, processing of refunds, and patient/resident trust fund transactions.
• Complete Medical Assistance application tasks.
• Coordinate patient/resident ancillary charges and enter into the billing system.
• Review patient/resident admission files for accuracy.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Pay

Posted Salary Range: USD $18.00 - USD $22.00 /Hr.
